The Broken Bow Indians basketball squad (Broken Bow, NE), was crushed 69-41 in Thursday's non-league battle with the host Gothenburg Swedes (Gothenburg, NE)

With the victory, Gothenburg advances its record to 13-2 on the year. The Swedes travel to Sidney (Sidney, NE) to meet the Red Raiders in a non-league contest on Friday, January 23. The Red Raiders come into the contest with a record of 11-1. Sidney won 52-18 in their recent non-league match against McCook (McCook, NE)

The Indians now own a 11-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Minden for a non-league match on Tuesday, January 27. Broken Bow will face a Whippets squad coming off a 62-37 league loss to Holdrege (Holdrege, NE). The Whippets record now stands at 10-5.
