The Central Catholic Raiders basketball team scored 79 points and held the host Haverhill Hillies to 62 in the Raiders non-league triumph on Sunday.

The Raiders now sport a 9-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Billerica Memorial for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 25. Central Catholic will meet a Indians team coming off a 72-68 league win over Chelmsford (North Chelmsford, MA). The Indians record now stands at 4-7.

The Hillies (4-4) will now prepare for their contest against North Andover (North Andover, MA). The Scarlet Knights enter the non-league contest with a 5-3 record. In their last contest, North Andover was defeated by Lowell (Lowell, MA), 63-39, in a league contest.
