Missouri High School Basketball - Crystal City nips Bismarck
January 23, 2023: Crystal City, MO 63019 Fans at Monday's non-league challenge between the Crystal City Hornets (Crystal City, MO) and the visiting Bismarck Indians (Bismarck, MO), saw Crystal City's basketball squad hold off Bismarck by a count of 66-59.
With the victory, Crystal City upgrades its record to 4-4 on the campaign. The Hornets travel to St. Vincent (Perryville, MO) to play the Indians in a Jefferson County - Small challenge on Thursday, February 2. The Indians come into the challenge with a record of 6-3.
Next up, the Indians play the Lesterville Bearcats (Lesterville, MO) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, January 24. Bismarck will attempt to upgrade on its 3-5 season record. The Bearcats come into the challenge with a 2-11 record after their 76-46 league loss to Southern Reynolds (Ellington, MO).
