Crestwood Cadets (Cresco, IA) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Turkey Valley Trojans (Jackson Junction, IA), 87-59 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Crestwood upgrades its record to 11-5 on the season. The Cadets travel to Charles City (Charles City, IA) to clash with the Comets in a Northeast Iowa bout on Friday, January 27. The Comets go into the bout with a record of 11-6.

Next up, the Trojans clash with the West Central Blue Devils (Maynard, IA) in a Upper Iowa bout, on Tuesday, January 24. Turkey Valley will attempt to upgrade on its 8-7 season record. The Blue Devils go into the bout with a 1-9 record after their 65-46 league loss to South Winneshiek (Calmar, IA).
