New Jersey High School Basketball - Eastern thwarts Glassboro
January 23, 2023: Voorhees, NJ 08043 The Eastern Vikings (Voorhees, NJ) basketball knocked off the visiting Glassboro Bulldogs (Glassboro, NJ), 64-47 in Monday's non-league test.
The Vikings (10-6) will now prepare for their test against Cherry Hill East (Cherry Hill, NJ). The Cougars go into the Freelance test with a 9-6 record. In their last test, Cherry Hill East went down by Eastside (Camden, NJ), 38-34, in a non-league test.
The Bulldogs now own a 5-7 record. They play next when they host Penns Grove for a Tri-County - Diamond test on Tuesday, January 24. Glassboro will encounter a Red Devils squad coming off a 66-54 non-league loss to Highland Regional (Blackwood, NJ). The Red Devils record now stands at 5-10.
