Wisconsin High School Basketball - Mondovi overwhelmed by Fall Creek
January 23, 2023: Fall Creek, WI 54742 The Fall Creek Crickets basketball team scored 72 points and restricted the visiting Mondovi Buffaloes to 37 in the Crickets non-league victory on Monday.
The Crickets now sport a 12-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Stanley-Boyd for a Cloverbelt - West contest on Thursday, January 26. Fall Creek will battle a Orioles team coming off a 65-63 league loss to Osseo-Fairchild (Osseo, WI). The Orioles record now stands at 4-12.
The Buffaloes (4-11) will now prepare for their bout against Colfax (Colfax, WI). The Vikings go into the Dunn-St. Croix bout with a 9-4 record. In their last bout, Colfax overwhelmed Glenwood City (Glenwood City, WI), 65-52, in a league bout.
