January 23, 2023: Asheboro, NC 27205 Fans at Monday's non-league challenge between the Southview Christian Conquerors (Statesville, NC) and the host Asheboro Hybrid Academy Warriors (Asheboro, NC), saw Southview Christian's basketball squad wallop Asheboro Hybrid Academy by a tally of 39-15.
With the victory, Southview Christian improves its record to 12-4 on the campaign. The Conquerors host White Plains Christian (Mount Airy, NC) to play the Patriots in a non-league challenge on Thursday, January 26. The Patriots come into the challenge with a record of 1-2. White Plains Christian lost 51-38 in their recent league challenge against Sheets Memorial Christian (Lexington, NC)
Next up, the Warriors play the College Prep & Leadership Academy Royals (Jamestown, NC) in a CAASC Central Carolina - East challenge, on Tuesday, January 24. Asheboro Hybrid Academy will attempt to improve on its 5-9 season record. The Royals come into the challenge with a 0-11 record after their 53-37 league loss to Millers Creek Christian (Millers Creek, NC).
