Bottineau Braves/Stars (Bottineau, ND) backers were pleased Monday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Velva Aggies (Velva, ND), 69-29 in a league bout.

With the victory, Bottineau upgrades its record to 10-3 on the campaign. The Braves/Stars host Westhope/Newburg (Westhope, ND) to play the Sioux in a B Region 6 District 11 bout on Thursday, January 26. The Sioux come into the bout with a record of 10-6.
