New Jersey High School Basketball - Our Lady of Mercy Academy routs Cape May County Tech
January 23, 2023: Newfield, NJ 08344 In Monday's non-league outing, the Our Lady of Mercy Academy Villagers (Newfield, NJ) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Cape May County Tech Hawks (Cape May Court House, NJ), by a margin of 66-24.
The Villagers (6-7) will now prepare for their outing against Wildwood Catholic (North Wildwood, NJ). The Crusaders go into the non-league bout with a 14-3 record. In their last bout, Wildwood Catholic overwhelmed Absegami (Galloway, NJ), 39-35, in a non-league bout.
Next up, the Hawks play the Oakcrest Falcons (Mays Landing, NJ) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, January 25. Cape May County Tech will attempt to upgrade on its 3-6 season record. The Falcons go into the bout with a 0-10 record after their 40-24 non-league loss to Buena (Buena, NJ).
