January 23, 2023: Glade Spring, VA 24340 The Patrick Henry Rebels basketball team (Glade Spring, VA), was routed 71-27 in Monday's non-league battle with the visiting Cloudland Highlanders (Roan Mountain, TN)
The Highlanders now sport a 12-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Johnson County for a non-league battle on Thursday, January 26. Cloudland will battle a Longhorns team coming off a 88-45 non-league loss to Hampton (Hampton, TN). The Longhorns record now stands at 6-12.
The Rebels (3-15) will now prepare for their battle against Rural Retreat (Rural Retreat, VA). The Indians come into the Hogoheegee battle with a 12-5 record. In their last battle, Rural Retreat was routed by Marion (Marion, VA), 44-41, in a non-league battle.
