Washington High School Basketball - Ilwaco over Taholah
January 23, 2023: Ilwaco, WA 98624 Fans at Monday's non-league challenge between the Ilwaco Fishermen (Ilwaco, WA) and the visiting Taholah Chitwhins (Taholah, WA), saw Ilwaco's basketball squad overcome Taholah by a tally of 54-38.
With the victory, Ilwaco improves its record to 13-3 on the campaign. The Fishermen host Ocosta (Westport, WA) to confront the Wildcats in a non-league challenge on Thursday, January 26. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a record of 6-11. Ocosta lost 55-31 in their recent non-league challenge against South Bend (South Bend, WA)
Next up, the Chitwhins confront the North Beach Hyaks (Ocean Shores, WA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, January 28. Taholah will attempt to improve on its 11-4 season record.
