January 23, 2023: St. Joseph, IL 61873 The St. Joseph-Ogden Spartans tipped the visiting Mattoon Greenwave basketball team by a final score of 52-49 in Monday's non-league game.
In their next game, the Spartans face the Bloomington Central Catholic Saints (Bloomington, IL) in a Illini Prairie game, on Friday, January 27. St. Joseph-Ogden will attempt to move on its 10-13 season record. The Saints enter the game with a 17-7 record after their 64-23 league win over Paxton-Buckley-Loda (Paxton, IL).
