January 23, 2023: Windsor, VA 23487 Fans at Monday's non-league challenge between the Windsor Dukes (Windsor, VA) and the visiting Smithfield Packers (Smithfield, VA), saw Windsor's basketball squad wallop Smithfield by a tally of 65-39.
With the victory, Windsor improves its record to 11-3 on the campaign. The Dukes host Appomattox Regional Governor's Arts & Tech (Petersburg, VA) to play the Dragons in a Tri-Rivers challenge on Wednesday, January 25. The Dragons come into the challenge with a record of 1-12. Appomattox Regional Governor's Arts & Tech lost 81-20 in their recent non-league challenge against Lunenburg Central (Victoria, VA)
Next up, the Packers play the York Falcons (Yorktown, VA) in a Bay Rivers challenge, on Tuesday, January 24. Smithfield will attempt to improve on its 2-12 season record. The Falcons come into the challenge with a 4-11 record after their 55-47 league loss to Poquoson (Poquoson, VA).
