The Monrovia Bulldogs basketball team scored 87 points and held the visiting Brown County Eagles to 62 in the Bulldogs non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Bulldogs now sport a 5-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Providence Cristo Rey for a non-league contest on Friday, January 26. Monrovia will battle a Wolves team coming off a 68-23 non-league loss to Indianapolis Arsenal Technical (Indianapolis, IN). The Wolves record now stands at 1-12.

The Eagles (7-8) will now prepare for their contest against Sullivan (Sullivan, IN). The Golden Arrows enter the non-league contest with a 13-3 record. In their last contest, Sullivan triumphed over White River Valley (Switz City, IN), 73-43, in a league contest.
