The Perry County Central Commodores basketball team scored 83 points and held the visiting Wolfe County Wolves to 72 in the Commodores non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Commodores now sport a 13-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Knott County Central for a non-league contest on Thursday, January 25.

The Wolves (7-8) will now prepare for their contest against Jackson City (Jackson, KY). The Tigers enter the District 55 contest with a 1-13 record. In their last contest, Jackson City was outscored by Estill County (Irvine, KY), 74-41, in a non-league contest.
