The Seneca Valley Screamin' Eagles basketball team scored 74 points and held the host Richard Montgomery Rockets to 65 in the Screamin' Eagles non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Screamin' Eagles now sport a 4-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Magruder for a non-league contest on Friday, January 26. Seneca Valley will battle a Colonels team coming off a 74-62 non-league win over Churchill (Potomac, MD). The Colonels record now stands at 11-2.

The Rockets (8-5) will now prepare for their contest against Wheaton (Silver Spring, MD). The Knights enter the non-league contest with a 1-10 record. In their last contest, Wheaton was defeated by Sherwood (Sandy Spring, MD), 67-38, in a non-league contest.
