January 23, 2024: Canadian, OK 74425 Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Pittsburg Panthers (Pittsburg, OK) and the host Canadian Cougars (Canadian, OK), saw Pittsburg's basketball squad wallop Canadian by a count of 58-35.
With the victory, Pittsburg upgrades its record to 15-4 on the campaign. The Panthers host Kiowa (Kiowa, OK) to play the Cowboys in a Pittsburg Eight challenge on Friday, January 26. The Cowboys come into the challenge with a record of 15-5. Kiowa lost 71-28 in their recent non-league challenge against Caddo (Caddo, OK)
Next up, the Cougars play the Quinton Savages (Quinton, OK) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, January 25. Canadian will attempt to upgrade on its 6-11 season record. The Savages come into the challenge with a 16-0 record after their 50-47 non-league win over Roland (Roland, OK).
