Trenton Tigers (Trenton, ND) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the host Divide County Maroons (Crosby, ND), 47-18 in a league bout.

With the victory, Trenton upgrades its record to 14-3 on the campaign. The Tigers host Hettinger/Scranton (Hettinger, ND) to play the Black Devils in a non-league bout on Saturday, February 3. The Black Devils come into the bout with a record of 7-8.

Next up, the Maroons play the Powers Lake/Burke Central (Powers Lake, ND) in a B District 7 bout, on Thursday, January 25. Divide County will attempt to upgrade on its 6-8 season record. The come into the bout with a 6-6 record after their 52-17 league win over Alexander (Alexander, ND).
