Valliant Bulldogs (Valliant, OK) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Fort Towson Tigers (Fort Towson, OK), 27-24 in a league bout.

With the win, Valliant upgrades its record to 9-8 on the season. The Bulldogs travel to Wright City (Wright City, OK) to play the Lumberjax in a McCurtain Six bout on Thursday, January 25. The Lumberjax go into the bout with a record of 19-2. Wright City won 83-32 in their recent non-league bout against Antlers (Antlers, OK)

Next up, the Tigers play the Eagletown Eagles (Eagletown, OK) in a McCurtain Six bout, on Tuesday, January 30. Fort Towson will attempt to upgrade on its 8-13 season record.
