Kansas High School Basketball - Kingman knocked off by Nickerson
January 23, 2024: Kingman, KS 67068 The Nickerson Panthers basketball team scored 53 points and held the host Kingman Eagles to 42 in the Panthers non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Panthers now sport a 3-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Pratt for a non-league contest on Friday, January 26. Nickerson will battle a Greenbacks team coming off a 57-36 non-league loss to Hesston (Hesston, KS). The Greenbacks record now stands at 5-4.
The Eagles (1-10) will now prepare for their contest against Douglass (Douglass, KS). The Bulldogs enter the non-league contest with a 4-7 record. In their last contest, Douglass ran past Central (Burden, KS), 35-29, in a non-league contest.
