Michigan High School Basketball - Lakewood can't hold off Lumen Christi Catholic
January 23, 2024: Lake Odessa, MI 48849 The Lumen Christi Catholic Titans basketball team scored 33 points and held the host Lakewood Vikings to 27 in the Titans non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Titans now sport a 11-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Cabrini for a non-league contest on Friday, January 26. Lumen Christi Catholic will battle a Monarchs team coming off a 36-29 non-league loss to Bishop Foley (Madison Heights, MI). The Monarchs record now stands at 3-6.
The Vikings (6-7) will now prepare for their contest against Charlotte (Charlotte, MI). The Orioles enter the non-league contest with a 3-8 record. In their last contest, Charlotte was nudged by Olivet (Olivet, MI), 41-24, in a non-league contest.
