January 23, 2024: Medina, ND Napoleon/Gackle-Streeter Imperials (Napoleon, ND) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Medina/Pingree-Buchanan (Medina, ND), 54-42 in a league bout.
With the win, Napoleon/Gackle-Streeter upgrades its record to 4-11 on the season. The Imperials travel to Strasburg/Zeeland (Strasburg, ND) to play the Clippers in a B District 2 bout on Thursday, January 25. The Clippers go into the bout with a record of 4-10. Strasburg/Zeeland won 43-40 in their recent league bout against Medina/Pingree-Buchanan (Medina, ND)
Next up, the play the Carrington Cardinals (Carrington, ND) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, January 25. Medina/Pingree-Buchanan will attempt to upgrade on its 4-13 season record. The Cardinals go into the bout with a 12-4 record after their 52-44 league loss to Devils Lake (Devils Lake, ND).
