Messmer Bishops (Milwaukee, WI) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host University School of Milwaukee Wildcats (Milwaukee, WI), 64-20 in a league bout.

With the win, Messmer upgrades its record to 11-7 on the season. The Bishops travel to Heritage Christian (New Berlin, WI) to clash with the Patriots in a Midwest Classic bout on Thursday, January 25. The Patriots go into the bout with a record of 6-10. Heritage Christian lost 67-58 in their recent non-league bout against St. Joseph (Kenosha, WI)

Next up, the Wildcats clash with the Catholic Central Hilltoppers (Burlington, WI) in a Midwest Classic bout, on Friday, January 26. University School of Milwaukee will attempt to upgrade on its 0-10 season record. The Hilltoppers go into the bout with a 7-12 record after their 41-27 non-league win over Racine Lutheran (Racine, WI).
