January 23, 2025: Mt. Pleasant, MI 48858 The Beal City Aggies (Mt. Pleasant, MI) basketball crushed the visiting Montabella Mustangs (Blanchard, MI), 72-28 in Thursday's non-league bout.
The Aggies now possess a 10-3 record. They play next when they travel to Lake City for a Highland bout on Monday, January 27. Beal City will play a Trojans team coming off a 55-36 league win over Manton (Manton, MI). The Trojans record now stands at 7-6.
With the loss, Montabella falls to 7-5 on the campaign. The Mustangs travel to Ashley (Ashley, MI) to play the Bears in a Mid-State bout on Friday, January 24. The Bears go into the bout with a record of 1-11. Ashley lost 58-29 in their recent league bout against Breckenridge (Breckenridge, MI)
