Poly Engineers (Baltimore, MD) boosters left the game satisfied Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad nudge the visiting Carver Vo-Tech Bears (Baltimore, MD), 52-49 in a league match.

With the victory, Poly upgrades its record to 5-4 on the year. The Engineers travel to National Academy Foundation (Baltimore, MD) to face the Eagles in a non-league match on Tuesday, January 28. The Eagles enter the match with a record of 0-7.

The Bears now sport a 9-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Dunbar for a non-league match on Saturday, January 25. Carver Vo-Tech will face a Crimson Tide squad coming off a 61-51 non-league win over SEED DC (Washington, DC). The Crimson Tide record now stands at 6-7.
