North Carolina High School Basketball - Covenant Classical overwhelmed by SouthLake Christian Academy

The SouthLake Christian Academy Eagles bounced the visiting Covenant Classical Warriors basketball squad by a final score of 94-27 in Thursday's non-league outing.

Next, the Eagles clash with the Westminster Catawba Christian Indians (Rock Hill, SC) in a NCISAA Metrolina outing, on Monday, January 27. SouthLake Christian Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 10-11 season record. The Indians come into the outing with a 9-14 record after their 86-10 non-league win over University Christian (Hickory, NC).

The Warriors (3-7) will now prepare for their outing against North Hills Christian (Salisbury, NC). The Eagles come into the non-league outing with a 4-12 record. In their last contest, North Hills Christian was trounced by Carmel Christian (Matthews, NC), 93-37, in a non-league contest.
