In Thursday's non-league contest, the visiting Diller-Odell Griffin basketball team scored a good 47-38 win over the Lawrence-Nelson Raiders.

The Griffin (8-7) will now prepare for their contest against Hanover (Hanover, KS). The Wildcats come into the non-league contest with a 6-3 record. In their last contest, Hanover defeated Doniphan West (Highland, KS), 70-56, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Raiders battle the Blue Hill Bobcats (Blue Hill, NE) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, January 28. Lawrence-Nelson will attempt to better on its 9-5 season record. The Bobcats come into the contest with a 7-8 record after their 73-65 non-league loss to Loomis (Loomis, NE).
