January 23, 2025: McPherson, KS 67460 The McPherson Bullpups (McPherson, KS) basketball crushed the visiting Manhattan Indians (Manhattan, KS), 78-53 in Thursday's non-league bout.
The Bullpups now possess a 8-1 record. They play next when they host Shawnee Mission East for a non-league bout on Friday, January 24. McPherson will play a Lancers team coming off a 48-47 non-league win over Lawrence Free State (Lawrence, KS). The Lancers record now stands at 4-4.
With the loss, Manhattan falls to 3-6 on the campaign. The Indians host Blue Valley (Stilwell, KS) to play the Tigers in a non-league bout on Thursday, January 30. The Tigers go into the bout with a record of 5-3. Blue Valley won 74-70 in their recent non-league bout against Northwest (Wichita, KS)
