Iowa High School Basketball - Centerville victorious over Interstate 35
January 23, 2025: Truro, IA 50257 In Thursday's non-league contest, the visiting Centerville Big Reds/Redettes basketball team scored a good 38-22 triumph over the Interstate 35 Roadrunners.
The Big Reds/Redettes (12-3) will now prepare for their contest against Chariton (Chariton, IA). The Chargers go into the South Central contest with a 3-9 record. In their last contest, Chariton was topped by Albia (Albia, IA), 57-18, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Roadrunners battle the Des Moines Christian Lions (Des Moines, IA) in a West Central contest, on Tuesday, January 28. Interstate 35 will attempt to better on its 4-10 season record. The Lions go into the contest with a 13-3 record after their 71-23 league win over Pleasantville (Pleasantville, IA).
