California High School Basketball - Summit Shasta triumphant over More

January 23, 2025: San Jose, CA 95127

The crowd at Thursday's league challenge between the Summit Shasta Black Bears (Daly City, CA) and the host More Knights (San Jose, CA), observed Summit Shasta's basketball team overwhelm More by a score of 72-17.

The Black Bears (12-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Westmoor (Daly City, CA). The Rams come into the non-league challenge with a 5-8 record. In their last challenge, Westmoor was routed by Capuchino (San Bruno, CA), 44-29, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Knights battle the Eastside College Prep Panthers (East Palo Alto, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, January 27. More will attempt to improve on its 4-15 season record. The Panthers come into the challenge with a 1-2 record after their 46-32 non-league loss to Hillbrook (San Jose, CA).
