New York High School Basketball - McKinley edges Clarence
January 24, 2023: Buffalo, NY 14207 The McKinley Macks (Buffalo, NY) basketball nipped the visiting Clarence Red Devils (Clarence, NY), 68-65 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Macks (11-3) will now prepare for their test against Western New York Maritime Charter (Buffalo, NY). The Commodores go into the non-league test with a 5-8 record. In their last test, Western New York Maritime Charter was tipped by Health Sciences Charter (Buffalo, NY), 90-42, in a non-league test.
The Red Devils now own a 6-5 record. They play next when they host Williamsville North for a Section 6 Erie County I test on Friday, January 27. Clarence will encounter a Spartans squad coming off a 61-32 league win over West Seneca West (West Seneca, NY). The Spartans record now stands at 9-5.
