Louisiana High School Basketball - Comeaux thwarts Jennings
January 24, 2023: Lafayette, LA 70508 The Comeaux Spartans (Lafayette, LA) basketball knocked off the visiting Jennings Bulldogs (Jennings, LA), 72-60 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Spartans (7-10) will now prepare for their test against Sam Houston (Lake Charles, LA). The Broncos go into the 5A District 3 test with a 11-8 record.
The Bulldogs now own a 3-13 record. They play next when they travel to Kinder for a 3A District 3 test on Friday, January 27. Jennings will encounter a Yellowjackets squad coming off a 75-23 league loss to Iowa (Iowa, LA). The Yellowjackets record now stands at 4-11.
