January 24, 2023: Jackson, MI 49201 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Northwest Mounties (Jackson, MI) and the visiting Eaton Rapids Greyhounds (Eaton Rapids, MI), saw Northwest's basketball squad overcome Eaton Rapids by a tally of 55-47.
With the victory, Northwest improves its record to 8-4 on the campaign. The Mounties host Western (Parma, MI) to confront the Panthers in a Interstate Eight challenge on Friday, January 27. The Panthers come into the challenge with a record of 1-9. Western lost 44-32 in their recent league challenge against Harper Creek (Battle Creek, MI)
Next up, the Greyhounds confront the Portland Raiders (Portland, MI) in a Capital Area - White challenge, on Friday, January 27. Eaton Rapids will attempt to improve on its 0-11 season record. The Raiders come into the challenge with a 5-6 record after their 64-27 non-league win over Saranac (Saranac, MI).
