Oklahoma High School Basketball - Nowata holds off Ketchum
January 24, 2023: Ketchum, OK 74349 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Nowata Ironmen (Nowata, OK) and the host Ketchum Warriors (Ketchum, OK), saw Nowata's basketball squad hold off Ketchum by a tally of 56-50.
With the victory, Nowata improves its record to 10-3 on the campaign. The Ironmen host Commerce (Commerce, OK) to confront the Tigers in a non-league challenge on Friday, January 27. The Tigers come into the challenge with a record of 0-6.
Next up, the Warriors confront the Wyandotte Bears (Wyandotte, OK) in a Lucky Seven challenge, on Friday, January 27. Ketchum will attempt to improve on its 6-4 season record. The Bears come into the challenge with a 4-1 record after their 53-42 league win over Welch (Welch, OK).
