In Tuesday's non-league outing, the Leadership Prep Lions (Frisco, TX) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Newman International Academy Warriors (Arlington, TX), by a margin of 85-52.

The Lions (9-11) will now prepare for their outing against Dallas HSAA (Plano, TX). The Angels go into the non-league outing with a 9-13 record. In their last outing, Dallas HSAA was trounced by North Central Texas Academy (Granbury, TX), 71-50, in a non-league outing.

The Warriors now own a 17-10 record. They play next when they travel to Forest Lake Academy for a non-league outing on Wednesday, January 25. Newman International Academy will encounter a Panthers squad coming off a 46-38 non-league loss to International Community (Winter Park, FL). The Panthers record now stands at 7-9.
