The Maranatha Christian Academy Mustangs basketball team scored 72 points and restricted the host Southwest Christian Stars to 62 in the Mustangs league victory on Tuesday.

The Mustangs now sport a 11-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Cristo Rey Jesuit for a AA Section 5 contest on Friday, January 27. Maranatha Christian Academy will battle a team coming off a 57-54 non-league loss to Concordia Academy (Roseville, MN). The record now stands at 3-10.

The Stars (4-12) will now prepare for their contest against Delano (Delano, MN). The Tigers come into the non-league contest with a 10-4 record.
