Washington High School Basketball - Mossyrock nips Washington School for the Deaf
January 24, 2023: Vancouver, WA 98661 Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Mossyrock Vikings (Mossyrock, WA) and the host Washington School for the Deaf Terriers (Vancouver, WA), saw Mossyrock's basketball squad hold off Washington School for the Deaf by a tally of 2-0.
With the victory, Mossyrock improves its record to 10-3 on the campaign. The Vikings host Pe Ell (Pe Ell, WA) to play the Trojans in a 1B Columbia Valley challenge on Friday, January 27. The Trojans come into the challenge with a record of 7-10. Pe Ell lost 48-47 in their recent league challenge against Firm Foundation Christian (Battle Ground, WA)
Next up, the Terriers play the Three Rivers Christian Eagles (Longview, WA) in a 1B Columbia Valley challenge, on Thursday, January 26. Washington School for the Deaf will attempt to improve on its 10-9 season record. The Eagles come into the challenge with a 2-11 record after their 72-26 league loss to Columbia Adventist Academy (Battle Ground, WA).
