Colorado High School Basketball - North Fork overwhelms Ridgway
January 24, 2023: Hotchkiss, CO 81419 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the North Fork Miners (Hotchkiss, CO) and the visiting Ridgway Demons (Ridgway, CO), saw North Fork's basketball squad wallop Ridgway by a tally of 54-30.
With the victory, North Fork improves its record to 4-7 on the campaign. The Miners travel to Roaring Fork (Carbondale, CO) to confront the Rams in a 3A Western Slope challenge on Friday, January 27. The Rams come into the challenge with a record of 9-4. Roaring Fork won 68-41 in their recent league challenge against Gunnison (Gunnison, CO)
Next up, the Demons confront the Ouray Trojans (Ouray, CO) in a 2A/1A San Juan Basin challenge, on Thursday, January 26. Ridgway will attempt to improve on its 3-5 season record. The Trojans come into the challenge with a 5-6 record after their 74-53 league loss to Dove Creek (Dove Creek, CO).
