The Somerset Academy - Canyons Cougars basketball team scored 82 points and restricted the visiting Spanish River Sharks to 45 in the Cougars non-league victory on Tuesday.

The Cougars now sport a 15-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Somerset Academy Key for a non-league contest on Wednesday, January 25. Somerset Academy - Canyons will battle a Lions team coming off a 67-28 league win over Sports Leadership & Management (Boca Raton, FL). The Lions record now stands at 7-12.

The Sharks (6-11) will now prepare for their contest against Oxbridge Academy (West Palm Beach, FL). The ThunderWolves come into the non-league contest with a 10-12 record. In their last contest, Oxbridge Academy was routed by Saint Andrew's (Boca Raton, FL), 68-42, in a non-league contest.
