The Green Hornets now possess a 4-17 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Seymour for a 3A District 3 battle on Friday, January 27. Carter will confront a Eagles team coming off a 46-38 non-league loss to Gatlinburg-Pittman (Gatlinburg, TN). The Eagles record now stands at 15-8.
The Roadrunners (2-11) will now prepare for their battle against Lenoir City (Lenoir City, TN). The Panthers come into the 3A District 5 battle with a 18-2 record. In their last battle, Lenoir City edged South-Doyle (Knoxville, TN), 56-30, in a league battle.
