Maricopa Institute of Technology (Phoenix, AZ) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host BASIS - Peoria (Peoria, AZ), 45-19 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Maricopa Institute of Technology upgrades its record to 5-4 on the season. The host Heritage Academy Gateway (Queen Creek, AZ) to play the Heroes in a non-league bout on Wednesday, January 25. The Heroes go into the bout with a record of 1-2. Heritage Academy Gateway lost 53-47 in their recent non-league bout against BASIS - Scottsdale (Scottsdale, AZ)

Next up, the play the BASIS - Scottsdale Bulldogs (Scottsdale, AZ) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, January 26. BASIS - Peoria will attempt to upgrade on its 3-6 season record. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a 4-5 record after their 53-47 non-league win over Heritage Academy Gateway (Queen Creek, AZ).
