January 24, 2023: St. Johns, MI 48879 The DeWitt Panthers (DeWitt, MI) basketball crushed the host St. Johns Redwings (St. Johns, MI), 56-29 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Panthers (13-1) will now prepare for their test against Waverly (Lansing, MI). The Warriors go into the Capital Area - Blue test with a 5-6 record. In their last test, Waverly walloped Okemos (Okemos, MI), 61-44, in a league test.
The Redwings now own a 7-6 record. They play next when they travel to Williamston for a Capital Area - Red test on Friday, January 27. St. Johns will encounter a Hornets squad coming off a 67-40 non-league loss to Edison Academy (Detroit, MI). The Hornets record now stands at 8-7.
