Michigan High School Basketball - Eaton Rapids overwhelmed by Northwest
January 24, 2023: Eaton Rapids, MI 48827 The Northwest Mounties basketball team scored 63 points and restricted the host Eaton Rapids Greyhounds to 21 in the Mounties non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Mounties now sport a 12-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Western for a Interstate 8 contest on Friday, January 27. Northwest will battle a Panthers team coming off a 40-33 league win over Harper Creek (Battle Creek, MI). The Panthers record now stands at 7-6.
The Greyhounds (4-10) will now prepare for their contest against Portland (Portland, MI). The Raiders come into the Capital Area - White contest with a 7-6 record. In their last contest, Portland was routed by Lansing Catholic (Lansing, MI), 64-41, in a league contest.
