New York High School Basketball - Pavilion knocked off by Elba
January 24, 2023: Elba, NY 14058 The Elba Lancers basketball team scored 50 points and held the visiting Pavilion Golden Gophers to 39 in the Lancers non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Lancers now sport a 5-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Batavia for a non-league contest on Thursday, January 26. Elba will battle a Blue Devils team coming off a 45-40 non-league loss to Le Roy (Le Roy, NY). The Blue Devils record now stands at 0-2.
The Golden Gophers (9-2) will now prepare for their contest against Warsaw (Warsaw, NY). The Tigers enter the non-league contest with a 0-7 record.
