January 24, 2023: Whitman, MA 02382 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Whitman-Hanson Regional Panthers (Whitman, MA) and the visiting Hanover Indians (Hanover, MA), saw Whitman-Hanson Regional's basketball squad hold off Hanover by a count of 44-40.
With the victory, Whitman-Hanson Regional upgrades its record to 5-4 on the campaign. The Panthers travel to Plymouth North (Plymouth, MA) to play the Eagles in a Patriot - Keenan challenge on Friday, January 27. The Eagles come into the challenge with a record of 1-1.
Next up, the Indians play the North Quincy Raiders (North Quincy, MA) in a Patriot - Fisher challenge, on Friday, January 27. Hanover will attempt to upgrade on its 2-1 season record.
