Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Mount St. Mary Academy Thunder (Kenmore, NY) and the visiting Williamsville East Flames (East Amherst, NY), saw Mount St. Mary Academy's basketball squad hold off Williamsville East by a tally of 55-50.

With the victory, Mount St. Mary Academy improves its record to 5-4 on the campaign. The Thunder travel to The Park School of Buffalo (Buffalo, NY) to confront the Pioneers in a Monsignor Martin challenge on Thursday, January 26.
