Florida High School Basketball - Lake Placid holds off Frostproof
January 24, 2023: Lake Placid, FL 33852 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Lake Placid Dragons (Lake Placid, FL) and the visiting Frostproof Bulldogs (Frostproof, FL), saw Lake Placid's basketball squad hold off Frostproof by a tally of 49-44.
With the victory, Lake Placid improves its record to 9-5 on the campaign. The Dragons travel to Fort Meade (Fort Meade, FL) to confront the Miners in a non-league challenge on Friday, January 27. The Miners come into the challenge with a record of 0-1.
Next up, the Bulldogs confront the Oasis Christian Lions (Winter Haven, FL) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, January 30. Frostproof will attempt to improve on its 0-5 season record.
