January 24, 2024: Kapolei, HI 96707 Kapolei Hurricanes (Kapolei, HI) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Waipahu Marauders (Waipahu, HI), 47-35 in a league bout.
With the win, Kapolei upgrades its record to 10-7 on the season. The Hurricanes travel to Radford (Honolulu, HI) to play the Rams in a Oahu - West I bout on Saturday, January 27. The Rams go into the bout with a record of 8-10. Radford lost 68-52 in their recent league bout against Mililani (Mililani, HI)
Next up, the Marauders play the Campbell Sabers (Ewa Beach, HI) in a Oahu - West I bout, on Saturday, January 27. Waipahu will attempt to upgrade on its 2-16 season record. The Sabers go into the bout with a 12-9 record after their 66-27 league win over Waialua (Waialua, HI).
