Rhode Island High School Basketball - Cranston West crushes Coventry
January 24, 2024: Coventry, RI 02816 Cranston West Falcons (Cranston, RI) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Coventry Oakers (Coventry, RI), 65-41 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Cranston West upgrades its record to 10-0 on the season. The Falcons host Tolman (Pawtucket, RI) to play the Tigers in a non-league bout on Monday, January 29. The Tigers go into the bout with a record of 9-0.
Next up, the Oakers play the Hope Blue Wave (Providence, RI) in a non-league bout, on Friday, January 26. Coventry will attempt to upgrade on its 4-1 season record. The Blue Wave go into the bout with a 1-6 record after their 55-34 non-league loss to Tolman (Pawtucket, RI).
