January 24, 2024: Gig Harbor, WA 98335 Fans at Wednesday's non-league challenge between the Gig Harbor Tides (Gig Harbor, WA) and the visiting Timberline Blazers (Lacey, WA), saw Gig Harbor's basketball squad wallop Timberline by a tally of 40-7.
With the victory, Gig Harbor improves its record to 4-2 on the campaign. The Tides host North Thurston (Lacey, WA) to play the Rams in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, January 30. The Rams come into the challenge with a record of 8-0. North Thurston won 42-22 in their recent non-league challenge against Yelm (Yelm, WA)
Next up, the Blazers play the Central Kitsap Cougars (Silverdale, WA) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, January 26. Timberline will attempt to improve on its 1-9 season record. The Cougars come into the challenge with a 3-4 record after their 45-24 non-league win over River Ridge (Lacey, WA).
